REGISTERED BLACK ANGUS
Our herd is selected based on the highest standards. We look to all the genetic characteristics in our selection process as we sire and raise our herd. We look to ensure our herd is healthy, grass fed, and moved daily to new paddocks.
Angus, also known as Aberdeen Angus produce the best quality meat on the market. The characteristic features of the breed are black color, no horns (polled) head, compact and low-set body, fine quality of flesh, and high dressing percentage. The Angus is a beef breed of the highest rank, and for years purebred or crossbred Angus steers have held high places of honor. This breed was introduced into the United States in 1873 from Scotland.
We look to breed our Angus with genetics in mind. Seeking to maximize the maternal instincts of the Cows, while creating Sires with the best genetics for the best meats available.
